If you are looking for a company that goes above and beyond for people please look no further.  We recently had an issue in my sister's house with rats getting into the cavity walls which took them into the attic. My sister has advanced Alzheimers and we were in a very delicate situation.  From the initial phone call through to the completion of the job Nick was totally amazing.  He kept us informed at ever stage  sending updates, reports and photo's of the job in hand. We had West Pest solutions out to help with our situation, they were fantastic. They don’t usually cover our area but were on the border one day and was willing to come and help us. I had Nick out to help with a rat issue at a property I have tennanted in Carmathen.
He did an excellent job, and went over and way beyond to get everything sorted.
The problem was dealt with really swiftly.
If you need someone out, his the best in the business.

Found the details for this company from a Google search when we first 'heard' a problem in our attic.

Nikki promptly came out to the property. He took a look in the attic and provided some advice on potential issues. Then he surveyed the property and identified areas of potential concern, and provided information on efficient ways to resolve. He recommended certain products and types of application that would allow us to safely get these sorted out. He understood that this type of problem is unsettling, and provided things we could do / check for peace of mind.

He continued to survey the wider perimeter of our property and then offered further advice on additional resolutions to problems. We accepted some of these, and he attended again shortly after to set these up and provided advice and guidance on how to monitor.

He provided good explanations for what we were seeing as a problem, and explained how it comes to be the case as well as what could potentially happen if we didn't take appropriate action.

All of this was done with excellent customer service. He was in regular contact with us, when he said he was turning up, he turned up. On time. Explained everything he was doing, what he was looking for, what we could look for in between his visits.

It is clear he has significant experience in the industry he works in, and that comes through when he's explaining similar issues that he's seen before and it gives you confidence that he knows what he is talking about, has the right plan to resolve and then follows up afterwards.

He's been very good at dealing with the problem we had, and it was resolved quickly. Multiple visits to our property saw him review, maintain and update his methods of resolving our issues and we're extremely grateful for the service we've recieved. His customer service was excellent.
